Note he does not say it is anything else than a feeling. <br /><br />I believe that scientifically centred atheists do not have room in their equation for feelings: they are not quantifiable. <br /><br />In that world it is not only God that doesn't exist but beauty and music and poetry. <br /><br />These are as personal as God. <br /><br />Recently there is talk of mirror neurons in the brain which allow people to experience other people's actions and emotions. Perhaps our scientific atheists lack these neurons and are therefore unable to fathom beauty or God. <br /><br />We must be careful not to impose our values on atheists while they are busy imposing their values on God. <br /><br />I don't think we need yotzer to clarify the argument.
